Workshop Agenda for February 27 thru March 2 of 2003

Dear Friends, Reiki, Healing, Chi-Kung, Yoga, and Kundalini Practitioners :

I am pleased to announce a series of workshops to be held at the Batavia Days Inn, on February 27 thru March 2, 2003. These workshops include classes/attunements for Reiki Tummo 1, Reiki Tummo 2, Reiki Tummo 3A, Kundalini, Meditation, and Inner Heart. (Please refer to the 'Workshop Agenda' section for additional descriptions). The workshops will be led by Master Irmansyah Effendi, the founder and leading teacher of Reiki Tummo. The Reiki Tummo 1 and 2 workshops are the beginning of a blissful and joyous journey of healing and spiritual development. They are an effective technique for connecting your self to Divine Universal Energy, opening your heart and bringing you closer to God. You will learn to channel Divine energy that can be used for healing yourself, family, friends and others.

What is Reiki Tummo?

Reiki Tummo is a unique combination of Reiki, Kundalini and Earth core energies, attunements and techniques designed to give its practitioner an effective Reiki healing capability as well as a safe, instant and blissful Kundalini awakening. In the Reiki Tummo 2 attunement, your Kundalini is activated and awakened safely and instantly. This translates into expanding your spiritual step and your healing ability. Your ability to channel Reiki energy for healing and other purposes will be greatly improved due to the energy/nadi channel cleansing that occurs via the Kundalini whenever you channel energy. The awakened Kundalini energy will cleanse your chakras and energy bodies 24 hours a day. This increases your energy bodies' vibration, which in turn expands your spiritual consciousness. It is a true divine gift to have this opportunity to awaken your Kundalini in this gentle and safe manner.

Begin at the Beginning

Everyone must begin with the Reiki Tummo 1 Workshop even those that have previously received attunements or Mastership from other Reiki systems. In the Reiki Tummo 1 workshop, you will develop the capability and be taught the methods of how to channel Reiki healing energy to yourself and others. The Level 1 attunement provides the initial kundalini activation by cleansing the sushumna in preparation for the kundalini awakening in Level 2. The crown, heart and palm chakras are opened. Your connection to both the Divine and Earth core energy are established at this level.

In the Reiki Tummo 2 Workshop, your ability to channel Reiki healing energy is further developed and enhanced. You will be attuned to the traditional Reiki symbols that enable you to perform hands-on and distant healings. Additional symbols for dissolving and eliminating negative energy, smoothing the aura and working with the Kundalini itself will also be taught. In the Reiki Tummo Level 2 attunement the entire sushumna channel is safely and gently opened, the kundalini is awakened and reaches at least to the navel chakra. The previous energetic connections are refined and the third eye chakra is opened to help aid the sensing of subtle energies. Tummo meditation and cleansing techniques are given along with other healing practices.

If you have attended previous Reiki Tummo 1 and 2 workshops

With the Reiki Tummo 3A (Personal Mastery) Workshop the previous attunements are enhanced and the throat, navel, sacral and base chakras are opened. The kundalini fire reaches at least to the heart chakra. The Shing Chi (8th chakra, 1st divine chakra above the crown) attunement is given as a bonus. Additional symbols, advanced Tummo meditation, the Violet Breath and other techniques are also taught. The prerequisite for Reiki Tummo 3A is Reiki Tummo Levels 1 and 2 and an evaluation. There is a minimum 21 day practicing period between receiving Level 2 and Level 3A.

The Kundalini Workshop provides serious students with additional techniques that help speed up the Kundalini process. You will be taught how to accelerate the Kundalini cleansing and purifying process and to move the core of Kundalini to higher chakras. Methods for cleansing the aura, chakras and nadis will be taught. The prerequisite for the Kundalini Workshop is Reiki Tummo Levels 1 and 2.

Most difficulties encountered in meditation are caused by the wandering mind. During the Meditation Workshop, the pineal gland is activated in a specific manner. This allows the mind to focus and more effectively reach a higher state of meditation. This level of focus is usually reached only by those who have practiced meditation for many years. The primary goal of the Meditation workshop is to teach the true goal of meditation and how to perform meditation correctly. It includes meditation theory, the pineal gland activation, meditation for cleansing and realizing different body layers, meditation to help develop the crown and heart chakras to become an instrument for God's Love and an energy channel of the universe. The prerequisite for the Meditation Workshop is Reiki Tummo Levels 1 and 2.

More about Reiki Tummo

Reiki Tummo includes all levels of traditional Usui Reiki. Additional aspects include awakening the spiritual heart and the Kundalini. The connection to the Earth and the awakening of the Kundalini provide a real boost to one's spiritual evolution and complement the traditional forms of Reiki in which the energies flow from above. Reiki Tummo itself is the first step of a more complete and advanced system of training called Shing Chi Master Yoga. With Shing Chi, one is attuned to the divine chakras above the crown and shown how to integrate them with the awakening spiritual heart. This leads to increased levels of Love and Light and the direct cultivation of heightened spiritual states of consciousness that bring one closer to God. For those of you that are currently Reiki Masters and practitioners in other traditions, the awakening and cultivation of the Kundalini can further empower your spiritual process and deepen the attunements that you have already received.

Workshop Schedules

For new persons choosing to be instructed in Reiki Tummo, it is recommended to take both the Reiki Tummo 1 and 2 workshops the same weekend. All workshops are subject to the number of participants. Registration will be one-half hour before the listed start times. Participant interest for each workshop will be evaluated at the end of January. Therefore, for planning purposes, I ask those who wish to come to please notify me which workshops you would like to attend as early as possible. Thank you.
