KUNDALINI vs. CHI-KUNG

Although Kundalini is also a form of inner power/strength, it is completely different from Chi Kung. The center of Kundalini energy is at perineum, while Chi Kung is at T'an Tien (1 inch below the navel). When in Chi Kung a practitioner tries to collect more and more energy (quantitative), a Kundalini practitioner will spray out the Kundalini energy through his crown chakra and absorb this energy after it is mixed with divine energy. So, a Kundalini practitioner tries to get a better quality of energy.

When Kundalini starts cleansing process, it will also cleanse subtle bodies, including chakras.
